I love your site and the tremendous energy that comes across from it. I am also a newbie laughter yoga instructor and likewise am having a blast doing it.
Great to know there is a momentum gaining in the movement towards laughter and increasing joy.

@ Connie - Stay tuned! I will be ready to lead a laughter yoga session next month.

@ Liara - Thanks for stopping by! I would love to watch your friend in action at the hospital spreading the giggles. To facilitate a smile, a giggle and deep belly-laughing is my goal. Actually, I am passionate about creating transformational change using laughter - I am on an exciting path here and am honored to share.

I have a friend who does laughter therapy in hospitals in particular. She does not only keep to the paedieatric ward either. Its uplifting to encounter laughter groups who meet in public places for the main purpose of inciting laughter in themseves , each other and passing strangers. Enthusiastic individuals light up a local park or wherever they happen to meet. Nice to see people share positive energy in creative ways.
